Angela Jöstlein

Born in Berlin, Germany. Angela earned a degree in Social Work at the Städtische Hochschule München. Her family moved to the USA in 1970. In the 1990 Angela started to teach German Language Classes for adults at Fermilab for scientists and their families.
Angela founded the German Language School of Naperville in 2001 to serve families in the western suburbs of Chicago. Since that time the school grew from a small number of students to now over 120 students, offering many different classes, from small children to adults. Under Angela's tenure, the German Language School of Naperville became a PASCH member in 2012. Angela has received several awards through the years, the latest from AATG, the American Association of Teachers of German and the Klett-Langenscheidt Publisher, for her "initiative and extraordinary effort" through countless years, "promoting and teaching the German Language to all levels of instruction, from toddlers to seniors".
